Step 1 – Information Collection
We start each project off by researching and collecting information about your business that is pertinent to our project. We then do a competitive case study of businesses in your direct market so that we have a better understanding of what needs to be done to revolutionize the current technologies that are being used today.

Step 2 – Strategic Game Plan
Once we learn about our clients and competition, we define our project objectives and formulate a project timeline. We will develop an action plan that outlines each step required for successful completion of our project. A Scope and Deliverables document will be made to define the project requirements with a detailed time and events schedule.

Step 3 – Design and Development
Things are now squared away; we know what we need to do, and how we need to do it. We will now initialize the creative process to bring the project to life. Upon approval, we will process our collaborative efforts and start initial development on your project.

Step 4 – Implementation and Production
Once you have approved your master design prototype and/or final cut, we will initiate a soft launch. We will ensure that best practices are always utilized and consistency is maintained throughout the project.

Step 5 – Launch and Project Conclusion
By this step, your project will be fully developed and ready for the viewing public. The project will go through a final evaluation process to determine that all goals and expectations have been met and that you are satisfied with the finished product. Before your project is launched we will discuss and implement a maintenance system to ensure your project will live a long and happy life.
